The COMPANY Our client is a growing British manufacturer of an innovative machine used to crush hardcore - they are forging a deserved reputation for the reliability and quality of their machine which has quickly established itself as the market leader.
The ROLE Our Client now require a Sales & Hire Coordinator to take their machinery to market. You will be responsible for:
- Sales & Account Management
- Handle inbound sales inquiries
- Proactively make outbound calls
- Manage and grow relationships with hire companies, including large national firms
- Meet and exceed sales and hire KPIs, with performance rewarded through bonuses
- Schedule and coordinate machine hires
- Liaise directly with hire customers
- Deal with warranty claims
- Take customer calls related to service and parts
- Work closely with the engineering team to improve service delivery and timely maintenance of hire machines
- Oversee service and maintenance schedules
The CANDIDATE Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales & Hire Coordinator possessing the ambition to make a significant contribution to growing my Client's market share. You will possess the following skills:
- Knowledge of construction equipment is advantageous
