Our client is one of the largest social housing providers in the South of England, with a 5-year plan focused on creating sustainable communities through building new homes and investing in existing ones. The Role: Deliver grounds maintenance services to the communal areas of managed estates Use PDA reporting system to record site visits and tasks Perform grass cutting, hedge trimming, pruning, weed control, litter picking, and other related tasks Maintain equipment cleanliness and report defects Ensure vehicles are clean and regularly checked, reporting issues Assist other trades as needed to ensure high-quality service to residents The Candidate Needs: Experience in a similar role or trade background, preferably grounds maintenance Knowledge of practical and technical issues in grounds maintenance Skills in using mechanical and hand tools for grounds work Understanding of customer needs and quick thinking abilities Courteous and professional behavior Ability to prioritize tasks Good communication skills Accurate record-keeping abilities Basic IT skills Current National Proficiency Test certificate for pesticide use (e.g., Pa1, Pa6a) Clean driving license with towing capability Summary: This is a full-time, temp-to-perm role, working 40 hours per week over 5 days.
