We are actively looking to engage administration professionals with a passion for production and manufacturing operations for a new role as a Sales Administrator in Nottingham. This role is offered on a part-time basis, across Monday to Friday – with the ideal hours of 10:00-14:30.\\n\\nClient Details\\n\\nOur client is a market-leading producer of high-end manufacturing machinery distributed across the worldwide. With around 61 production and distribution sites across the world (in Europe, USA and the Far-East).
You will be joining a fast-paced environment in a brand new production and distribution logistics hub with circa 50 colleagues across warehousing, despatch and production.\\n\\nJob Description\\n\\nAs a Sales Administrator you will report into the Site Production Manager on a daily basis and will be responsible for the following areas of responsibility within the Nottingham site.\\n\\n * Managing and accurately input and entering customer order details into the dynamics manufacturing system and database\\n\\n * Verifying order details, including product availability, pricing and customer information\\n\\n * Co-ordinating with production, despatch, shipping and external couriers to ensure timely order fulfilment and invoicing.\\n\\n * Monitoring order status and providing updates to both business and general customers\\n\\n * Resolve any discrepancies or issues relating to order processing promptly.\\n\\n * Maintaining all order records and related documentation\\n\\n * Generating and distribute reports related to order processing activities.\\n\\n * Support continuous improvement initiatives in order processing workflows\\n\\nThe Ideal Candidate\\n\\nThe successful Sales Administrator will have an expansive background in administration order processing, ideally within a manufacturing based operation and will have the following skills & experience:\\n\\n * 1+ years' experience of sale administration or order processing ideally within a manufacturing environment.\\n\\n * Computer literacy is key for this appointment.
