CMA Recruitment Group is currently partnering with a high-profile international brand within the travel and hospitality sector to recruit a Financial Reporting Manager for their EMEA head office, based in central Southampton.

What will the Financial Reporting Manager role involve?

  • Full responsibility for preparing and reviewing statutory financial statements for multiple EMEA entities.
  • Managing the year-end audit process and acting as the key liaison for external advisors and auditors.
  • Coordinating and reviewing VAT returns across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Supporting corporation tax processes including return preparation and payments.
  • Providing technical accounting support and guidance to the wider finance team.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements across reporting and compliance functions.

Suitable Candidate for the Financial Reporting Manager vacancy:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent), ideally with a background in audit or financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS).
  • Previous experience working with EMEA entities and multi-jurisdiction VAT is highly desirable.
