Job Advertisement: Mechanical Project Manager – South East\\n\\nOverview\\n\\nWe are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex mechanical construction projects across the South East. This role involves managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery is safe, compliant, on time, and within budget.\\n\\nThe successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical competence in mechanical building services, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across several sites.\\n\\nRole Overview\\n\\nThis is a key position within the project delivery team, responsible for managing the mechanical package on new build developments. You will oversee site activities, coordinate consultants and supply chain partners, and ensure high standards of quality, safety, and performance throughout the project lifecycle.\\n\\nProjects typically include:\\n\\nNew build residential housing and apartment developments\\n\\nPurpose-built care homes\\n\\nCommercial new build schemes (offices, mixed-use buildings, light industrial)\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nManage the full lifecycle of mechanical works on multiple new build projects (typically £500k–£3m)\\n\\nLead installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems\\n\\nEnsure compliance with all regulatory, safety, quality, and design requirements\\n\\nLiaise with clients, consultants, and site teams to maintain effective working relationships\\n\\nCoordinate subcontractors and internal delivery teams\\n\\nControl budgets, resources, and programme delivery\\n\\nProduce project documentation, progress reports, and internal feedback\\n\\nChair site meetings and technical reviews\\n\\nManage mandatory project cost systems and approve weekly invoices\\n\\nResolve technical and delivery issues as they arise\\n\\nProvide weekly reports and updates to the Contracts Manager\\n\\nRequirements\\n\\nMinimum 5 years’ experience managing mechanical services on new build construction projects\\n\\nStrong technical knowledge of heating, hot & cold water, ventilation, and renewable systems (e.g.
