Associate Product Manager | RF & Embedded | Cambridge

We’re looking for a technically minded Associate Product Manager to help shape the future of embedded and RF-based systems.\\n Working closely with engineers and senior product leaders, you'll translate real-world user needs into clear product requirements, test and validate new features, and help deliver solutions used in defense, security, and spectrum-critical applications. Ideal for someone early in their product career, with a technical grounding in electronics, RF, or embedded systems.\\n\\nWhat you’ll do:\\n\\nCollaborate with engineering, test, and system teams to define and refine product requirements\\nSupport the product lifecycle from concept through to release and feedback\\nConduct system-level testing and validate features in real-world environments\\nParticipate in user research, site visits, and field trials\\nDocument product features, use cases, and internal tooling requirementsWhat you’ll bring:\\n\\nBackground in electronic engineering, RF systems, or embedded tech (academic or industry)\\nGreat communication skills — able to translate between engineers and end users\\nAnalytical mindset, curious about how things work and how they could work better\\nA desire to grow into a strategic product role
