About the service

We are looking to recruit responsible, innovative and enthusiastic people to join our team in Kelty.

Our team support 3 individuals who each have their own complex needs including, but not limited to, impaired vision, hearing impairment, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, epilepsy and congenital rubella syndrome who have their own room within this purpose-built building.

Given the complexity of needs, each person’s support package is bespoke to their individual needs. Our team provide support in every element of their lives, with a focus on person-centred care which allows the individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations.
