Trainee CAD Technician

Overview\\nMayday Personnel are excited to be working with a well established engineering business looking for a Trainee CAD Technician on a full time permanent basis. The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and successful running of the business. The Trainee CAD Technician role is available fro someone to start as soon as possible.\\nResponsibilities\\n * Learning 2D drawings as per company standard\\n * Working closely with the technician team\\n * Ensuring the drawings are accurate, up-to-date, and kept within company guidelines\\n * Understanding project requirements to ensure drawings are delivered in a timely manner to meet the required deadlines\\n * Completing multiple projects and their modifications within the pre-determined deadlines\\n * Ensuring you have detail-oriented work to generate designs accurately\\n * Following complex instructions and diagrams to create or modify drawings\\nQualifications\\n * HNC / HND LEVEL AutoCAD\\n * Intermediate AutoCAD ability\\n * 1 – 2 years CAD Technician experience\\n * Electrical CAD experience desirable\\n * Experience in producing electrical schematic drawings\\n * Understanding of electrical engineering principles\\n * Understanding of manufacturing processes\\n * Good attention to detail\\n * Experience in working in a small team\\n * Ability to meet deadlines\\nHours\\nMonday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm\\nLunch break: 1 Hour un-paid\\nJob Type: Full-time\\nPay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year\\nBenefits:\\n * Free parking\\n * On-site parking\\nSchedule:\\n * Monday to Friday\\nExperience:\\n * Electrical CAD: 1 year (required)\\nIf your skills match the above criteria, please APPLY NOW
