Logistics People are looking for a Stock and Systems Administrator to join our team.

Location: Crick BDC

Working Hours: 4 On 4 Off, 18:00 - 06:00

Pay rate: GBP 28,306 P/a

Our Crick site has an exciting opportunity for a Stock and Systems Administrator. Reporting to the Stock and Systems Supervisor, the Stock and Systems Administrator will support the operation by efficiently handling all administrative processes and procedures supporting the Warehouse and Customer.

Key Duties of a Stock and Systems Administrator:

  • Maintain existing customer relationships regarding processing of customer orders, forms, and quotes.
  • Respond promptly to a wide range of customer queries, providing solutions or escalating as required.
  • Ensure customer and supplier information is kept up to date on the WMS system.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels professionally.
  • Liaise with relevant internal and external departments.
  • Update internal WMS system with account changes and notes.
  • Cross-check supplier activity against bookings.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for lead time updates.
  • Notify management of any non-compliance issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
