Live-in Care Assistant

Location: Epsom, Banstead & Reigate

Salary: £675 – £875 per week

Hours: Flexible rotations available

We are a leading provider of care services and we are seeking compassionate and reliable Live-in Carers to join our team. As a Live-in Carer, you will be responsible for providing care and support to our customers in their own homes, allowing them to maintain their independence and dignity.

At our company, we believe in recruiting for attitude and values. We are looking for individuals who are dedicated, empathetic, and committed to making a difference in the lives of others. Previous care experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and support to customers in their own homesAdminister medication as requiredAssist with meal preparation and feedingAccompany customers to appointments or activitiesProvide companionship and emotional supportMaintain accurate and up-to-date customer recordsComply with all company policies and procedures

Requirements

A caring and compassionate attitudeGood communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to work on a live-in basis including weekends and bank holidaysWillingness to undergo a DBS check
