Mode Search are exclusively partnered with an exciting luxury RTW fashion in their search for a Inbound Logistics Coordinator.
This brand is experiencing rapid growth, offering career progression opportunities.
The successful candidate will oversee and optimize the inbound supply chain, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of goods. The role will be key in maintaining delivery schedules and quality standards, supporting our overall supply chain goals.
The role will report to the Transport Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Transport Manager in selecting optimal transport methods.
- Prepare and submit accurate customs documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouses to ensure the efficient receipt, quality inspection, and storage of goods.
- Manage and process shipping documents
- Plan and determine the most cost-effective routes for inbound shipments.
- Maintain precise records of logistics activities.
- Ensure adherence to transportation regulations and compliance with company policies.
- Oversee daily shipments of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
- Address and resolve any shipping issues
- Manage ASN creation and track shipments in Zedonk.
Requirements:
- Experience in dealing with customs across multiple regions
- Significant experience in logistics and supply chain management.
- Experience in the Luxury or FMCG industry is highly desirable.
- Experience working with stakeholders in Asia (China, Japan, Hong Kong, Korea).
- Strong planning and organizational skills with an analytical mindset.
- Proficient in SAP (or similar ERP systems).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to drive operational improvements and achieve set objectives.
