You'll play a pivotal role in expanding the civil engineering presence in the Midlands while being backed by a supportive and forward-thinking leadership team.\\n\\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\\n\\nLeading the civil engineering team on a variety of exciting projects across retail, industrial, education, healthcare, and residential sectors\\nBuilding and nurturing client relationships to secure new business and repeat work\\nDriving team development by mentoring junior engineers and contributing to recruitment\\nOverseeing project delivery from concept to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and commercial success\\nCollaborating closely with other disciplines and offices to create integrated, high-quality solutions \\n\\nAbout You:\\n\\nA degree-qualified civil engineer (CEng or working towards Chartership)\\nProven experience in project leadership and business development\\nStrong client network in the Derbyshire/Midlands region (or the drive to build one)\\nA commercially aware and strategic mindset with a passion for team building\\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills-a natural leader and collaboratorStep into a senior leadership role with influence and autonomy and enjoy a supportive, flexible working environment with a strong people-first culture.
