What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading the civil engineering team on a variety of exciting projects across retail, industrial, education, healthcare, and residential sectors

- Overseeing project delivery from concept to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and commercial success

About You:
- A degree-qualified civil engineer (CEng or working towards Chartership)
- Proven experience in project leadership and business development
- Strong client network in the Derbyshire/Midlands region (or the drive to build one)
