We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Technical Author based in Southampton to join one of our clients on a permanent full-time basis.
Responsibilities of the Graduate Technical Author:
- Generate proposals and tender responses and processing of sales concessions.
- Draft and customise contracts.
- Making contract changes during the negotiation process.
- Contract amendments, side letters and reports.
- Coordinate the approval processes for proposals and contracts using SAP and SharePoint.
Requirements for a successful Graduate Technical Author:
- Degree qualification within a related field.
- Internship or work experience within a writing role and generating commercial proposals or drafting contracts.
- Comfortable liaising with senior managers.
- Excellent business writing skills.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and SAP.
- High attention to detail.
