The Site Manager will be responsible for keeping to the programme whilst covering the site. The ideal candidate must be an effective communicator and must be able to successfully lead and develop a large team.\\n\\nThe desired Site Manager must have the following:\\n\\nExperience of running projects from £1million up to £3 million.\\n\\nConstruction Experience.A record of being client facing.\\n\\nProject leadership qualities and exceptional soft skills.\\n\\nStrong health and safety awareness and management.\\n\\nStrong technical and financial acumen.\\n\\nControlling all aspects of H&S on site, your key responsibilities as Site Manager will include  You will manage site inductions, method statements, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and permits to work.

Your remit will also include logistics planning, plant and labour resources management as well as progress meetings with site team and subcontractors
