Stairlift Engineer

An opportunity has arisen for a Stairlift Engineer to join a specialist provider of mobility and access solutions, committed to improving quality of life through reliable equipment and responsive service.  This full-time permanent role offers a salary range of £30,000 – £35,000 and benefits.\\n\\nAs a Stairlift Engineer, you will be carrying out the installation, servicing, and repair of stairlifts and similar mobility equipment in domestic and commercial settings.\\n\\nThe role is London-based, with daily starts and return to Brentford. \\n\\nYou will be responsible for:\\n\\nInstalling, maintaining, and repairing stairlifts and associated equipment\\nDiagnosing and resolving faults quickly and effectively\\nWorking independently while adhering to strict safety and quality procedures\\nUsing basic electrical diagrams and mechanical knowledge to complete jobs\\nMaintaining accurate records using the provided digital tools (tablet/laptop)\\nRepresenting the company in a professional and courteous manner on customer sites\\n\\nWhat we are looking for:\\n\\nPreviously worked as a Stairlift Engineer, lift Engineer, Service Engineer, Platform Lift Engineer, Mobility Lift Engineer, Stairlift Technician, Hoist Engineer, Installation Engineer, Through Floor Lift Engineer or in a similar role.\\nExperienced in installing and repairing stairlifts and ceiling track hoists, and ideally through-floor lifts and step lifts as well.\\nProven mechanical and electrical knowledge, ideally within mobility or similar industries\\nNVQ Level 2 or higher in stairlift/lift installation or maintenance (or equivalent) is preferred\\nAbility to interpret technical diagrams and resolve issues on-site\\nFull UK driving licence (preferably clean)\\nMust be able to pass an enhanced DBS/CRB check\\n\\nWhat’s on offer:\\n\\nCompetitive salary \\nBonus Scheme\\nFully equipped company van\\nPhone, and tablet/laptop\\nPaid overtime\\nCompany pension scheme\\nFree and on-site parking\\n\\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business where your skills will be valued and developed
