Barker Ross is seeking Injection Moulding Machine Operators with assembly skills and Quality Control (QC) responsibilities for our client based in Spinney Hill, Northampton. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals experienced in injection moulding operations, assembly tasks, and quality inspection.

Job Details:

  • Shift: PM Shift
  • Monday to Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00
  • Friday: 13:00 - 20:00

Our client will invest in full training for this role, focusing on injection moulding machine operation, assembly tasks, and quality inspection. Once trained, you will primarily operate injection moulding machines, perform assembly tasks, and inspect parts for quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate injection moulding machines efficiently and safely
  • Perform assembly tasks according to detailed instructions
  • Inspect parts coming off the machine for defects, mistakes, and errors
  • Monitor and report any quality issues or discrepancies
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality in your work
