Lead Quality & Commissioning (QCx) – Mission Critical & Hyperscale Projects\\n\\nLocation: London, UK ) With European Travel\\n Salary: £110,000 – £130,000 per annum\\n Bonus: Up to £20,000 (performance and KPI-based)\\n\\nOverview\\n\\nWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Quality & Commissioning (QCx) professional to join our senior leadership team in London. This is a pivotal role in the strategic delivery of Hyperscale Data Centres and Mission Critical Facilities across Western and Northern Europe. \\nAs a key player in the leadership structure, you will take charge of developing, implementing, and leading a best-in-class QCx strategy-ensuring our projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, reliability, and compliance throughout the full project lifecycle.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nLeadership & Strategy:\\n Act as a core member of the senior leadership team, supporting the procurement, delivery, and operational excellence of major hyperscale and mission critical projects across Europe.\\n\\nTeam Development:\\n Build, lead, and mentor highly skilled QCx site teams across multiple locations, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.\\n\\nOperational Excellence:\\n Develop and standardise robust quality and commissioning procedures at a general contractor level, ensuring consistent delivery across all sites.\\n\\nReporting & Metrics:\\n Collaborate closely with business unit leaders to provide clear, actionable updates and performance reports to the Managing Directors.\\n\\nTalent Acquisition:\\n Drive the recruitment, onboarding, and development of QCx professionals to support rapid business growth and maintain strong competency standards.\\n\\nRisk Management:\\n Proactively identify potential quality and commissioning risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to safeguard project delivery.\\n\\nRegional Oversight:\\n Oversee multiple high-value projects across Western and Northern Europe, ensuring strategic alignment and operational consistency.\\n\\nRequirements\\n\\nProven experience leading quality and commissioning efforts on large-scale mission critical or data centre projects.\\n\\nStrong background working for or with general contractors on fit-out projects.\\n\\nDemonstrated ability to build and lead multidisciplinary site teams across international locations.\\n\\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\\n\\nWillingness and ability to travel extensively across Europe as required.\\n\\nRemuneration & Benefits\\n\\nBase Salary: £110,000 – £130,000 (depending on experience)\\n\\nPerformance Bonus: Up to £20,000 based on KPIs and company performance\\n\\nPrivate Family Medical Insurance (Aviva)\\n\\nPer Diem: £40 NET per day while travelling internationally\\n\\nAll Travel & Overseas Accommodation Covered\\n\\nCompany Laptop & Mobile Phone Provided\\n\\nComprehensive Travel & Accident Insurance\\n\\nLife Insurance: 6x Base Salary\\n\\nPension Scheme: 5% Employee / 3% Employer Contribution
