With that in mind, we are looking for a dynamic Airline Commercial Co-ordinator to join our Airline Commercial Team.

Our goal is to invest in top talent, where the Airline Commercial Co-ordinator contribution and input will add to the company success. The successful candidate will possess good knowledge of GDS and airfares with the ability to work in both a strategic and 'hands on' fashion. The Airline Commercial Co-ordinator will be focused on providing pivotal support to the Airline Commercial Team and with the rapid changing environment there will be excellent opportunities for growth and development within the role.

The role:

  • Support the Airline Commercial Manager with airline relationships and commercial deals
  • Assist the Commercial team in ensuring that targets are being achieved through maintenance of commercial deals, revenue figures and running appropriate reports
  • Support our internal corporate team to ensure that we optimise our corporate product offering
  • Undertake as directed ongoing analysis of market conditions and competitor activity to identify trends and new product opportunities
  • Assist the Airline Commercial Manager in managing airline marketing income and activity for joint campaigns
  • Evening network events to support relationships within the industry and strengthen our position

Skills and Experience:

  • Travel Industry experience with comprehensive knowledge of Airlines and GDS
  • Analytical and adept in the use of a GDS (Amadeus preferred), Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Must have good attention to detail, with a logical approach to problem solving
  • Good reporting skills
  • Effective influencing skills
  • Ability to self-motivate and offer flexibility as required
  • Professional, approachable with ability to build strong relationships with all levels
  • Good IT skills with an ability to use Excel features like formulas and pivot tables
