Continuous Improvement Specialist
6-Month Contract (opportunity to go permanent thereafter)
Hybrid working in Hertfordshire, travel UK and International required
Β£55 per hour (Inside IR35, Umbrella)
Our client are seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join them on a long-term contract.
Key Responsibilities:- Guide and coach teams on delivering improvement projects across multiple business units
- Implement quality models and Lean techniques to improve resourcing, lead times, error rates, and cost efficiency
- Support and lead cross-functional and international improvement initiatives
- Act as a subject matter expert in Business Improvement tools and methodologies
- Promote and embed a continuous improvement culture across all departments
- Proven background in Quality, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement within engineering or manufacturing
- Practical experience in delivering Lean improvement initiatives across complex teams
- Six Sigma (Green Belt or above) preferred but not essential
- Strong coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working across international teams or large, matrix organisations
