Procurement Administrator in High Wycombe)

A great opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Administrator to join an award-winning FTSE 250 company based in High Wycombe.

Responsibilities:

1. Commercial responsibility – Responsible for tracking and collecting rebates to ensure they are accurate and paid on time
2. Onboarding New Suppliers – Assessing the requirements for onboarding new suppliers followed by full onboarding process once an application is approved
3. Reporting – Analyse procurement trends utilising internal reporting
4. Drive best practices within the business around preferred supplier routes
5. Managing a busy inbox responding to support the internal sales team
6. Working with UK and Multi-National supply chains
7. Growth opportunities for the right candidate to progress into Supplier Development and performance management role

What we need from you:

1. Experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement or Operational roles
2. Knowledge or experience of the IT channel is an advantage
3. Confident at building relationships with strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Highly organised and process-driven
5. Proven negotiation skills
6. Ability to run reports and analyse data using Excel
7. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
8. High-level knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
9. Ambition to succeed
