Overview: We’re seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to support a major digital transformation. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and strategic partners to bridge current and future business states, drive change, build consensus, and deliver insights that inform strategic decisions.

Your Role:

  • Analyze client’s business problems and conduct thorough analysis of processes, systems, and requirements.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into deliverables for developers.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and testing of solutions.
  • Work with functional, industry, and technical specialists on system implementations and integrations.
  • Proficiently use JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation.

Your Profile:

  • Experience in Financial Services, especially Retail/Core Banking, collections, and recoveries.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
  • Experience in Customer operations, journey mapping, and customer analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio.
  • Familiarity with BPMN and SQL.
