About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex commercial fit-out projects across London and the South East. You’ll be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring quality, programme and budget are consistently met or exceeded.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading project delivery from concept to completion, managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Client liaison and stakeholder management throughout the lifecycle of the project
  • Ensuring programmes are realistic, resourced and communicated clearly
  • Managing budgets, contracts, procurement, and commercial performance in collaboration with internal teams
  • Driving health & safety culture across all live sites
  • Collaborating with internal design, pre-construction, and commercial teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in the commercial fit-out sector
  • Experience in delivering CAT A and CAT B projects, typically £2m – £15m+
  • Strong leadership, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to risk management
  • Detailed knowledge of UK building regulations, H&S legislation, and contract law
  • Relevant construction qualifications (Degree, HND, or equivalent)
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified
