About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex commercial fit-out projects across London and the South East. You’ll be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring quality, programme and budget are consistently met or exceeded.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading project delivery from concept to completion, managing multidisciplinary teams
- Client liaison and stakeholder management throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Ensuring programmes are realistic, resourced and communicated clearly
- Managing budgets, contracts, procurement, and commercial performance in collaboration with internal teams
- Driving health & safety culture across all live sites
- Collaborating with internal design, pre-construction, and commercial teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Mentoring and developing junior team members

Requirements
- Proven track record as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in the commercial fit-out sector
- Experience in delivering CAT A and CAT B projects, typically £2m – £15m+
- Strong leadership, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to risk management
- Detailed knowledge of UK building regulations, H&S legislation, and contract law
- Relevant construction qualifications (Degree, HND, or equivalent)
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified
