\\nBuilding positive relationships with customers through friendly and professional conversations. \\nCompleting administration tasks and ensuring all systems and records are accurately updated. \\nLiaising with internal teams and external contacts to deliver excellent service.

\\nSupporting with additional office tasks as required.  \\n What We’re Looking For:\\n \\nPrevious experience in customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality, call centres, or similar. \\nOffice-based experience in customer service, administration, or related areas is desirable but not essential.

\\nStrong communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport. \\nA positive, proactive approach and a willingness to learn. \\nConfident IT skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
