What You’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers and third parties via phone, email, text, and web chat.
- Managing customer enquiries efficiently and passing them to the appropriate teams when needed.
- Building positive relationships with customers through friendly and professional conversations.
- Completing administration tasks and ensuring all systems and records are accurately updated.
- Liaising with internal teams and external contacts to deliver excellent service.
- Supporting with additional office tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality, call centres, or similar.
- Office-based experience in customer service, administration, or related areas is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
- A positive, proactive approach and a willingness to learn.
- Confident IT skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
