We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager, Conference & Events Sales for our exceptional 4 Silver Star 1 AA Crowne Plaza Marlow SL7 1GJ.
About the Hotel: Crowne Plaza Marlow, with a magnificent lakeside location, has 168 spacious bedrooms, a Conference Centre with 1 meeting room, extensive Quad Wellness & Spa facilities and the Glaze One AA Rosette restaurant and Aqua Bar & Lounge all with stunning lake views.
The Company: We are looking for an experienced Conference & Events Sales Assistant Manager to support the Events Sales Manager with departmental responsibility for all C & E enquiries and client relationships. You will be responsible for dealing with all incoming conference & event enquiries; show arounds; contracting; administration and managing client relationships including corporate as well as agency.
Ideal candidates should have strong experience in a similar position, ideally in a branded full-service hotel, and have sound administrative, communication and computing skills. Previous experience in Opera and Sales Force will be a definite advantage. You should have an outgoing personality and attention to detail. Successful candidates should ideally have a solid hotel sales background, preferably in a branded hotel environment, with a passion to succeed. Start date as soon as possible.
Ideal candidates should have a stable background and positive references. You must be eligible to live and work in the UK unrestricted.
