To contribute to the continuous improvement of Provider Services through the effective operation of performance management and service development arrangements. To support the strategic development of Provider Services within the context of integrated service delivery.

Requirements

  • To support the operational effectiveness of performance and quality management arrangements leading to improvements in the quality and outcomes for Provider Services.
  • To provide support for the operational effectiveness of Provider Services development and inspection arrangements.
  • To support the strategic planning of Provider Services in the context of integrated service delivery.

The Individual

  • Experience of working in a performance and project discipline.
  • Experience in a multiagency environment.
  • Experience in strategic planning.
  • Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or demonstrable experience.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development.
  • Knowledge of issues facing adult social care and health developments.
  • Commitment to quality and understanding of performance management issues.
  • Effective organisational and time management skills.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills and the ability to present information at all levels within the organisation.
  • Self-confident and self-motivated.
  • Ability to design, plan, programme and manage performance management systems.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret quality assurance data.
  • Appreciation and acceptance of, and commitment to the importance of confidentiality.
  • Willingness to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations within Moray, typically by car due to the rural setting.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to accept direction and delegation.
  • Ability to form productive working relationships.
  • Flexibility to work in accordance with service needs.
  • Ability to work in an open plan/shared office environment and in different offices as required.

Starting Salary: £37,019.74 per year (£19.74 per hour) 36.25 hours per week
