We are recruiting a HVAC Specialist to join our facilities management team, delivering services to our clients.
Salary: £49,767 per annum
- Additional earnings available through overtime
- Up to 4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets (historically paid out)

What You'll Be Doing:
You will be out and about on the road – as well as providing remote triage support – ensuring that HVAC and Hot Water systems are being maintained to the highest standards and running at optimum levels. Tasks could include, but are not limited to:
- Auditing our HVAC assets to identify problem sites or performance and efficiency improvement opportunities
- Sponsoring & completing HVAC surveys & technical reports
- Monitoring HVAC PPM efficiencies
- Providing technical support and contributing to reports on new client installations
You’ll enjoy working autonomously, providing guidance to our Engineers and developing their skillset. You will contribute massively to the success of our HVAC service goals, implementing processes and improving standards.
What We're Looking For:
To be successful you will have:
- Essential:
- 18th edition HVAC Experience
- Full Valid UK driver’s license
- "On the job" experience working in an M&E Engineer role or similar
- Strong communication skills and work ethic
- Awareness and knowledge of health & safety
- F-Gas qualification
- IOSH working safely qualification
- Plumbing experience
- Basic fabric skills
- 2391 testing inspection

Other Information:
The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role will also involve working 1 in 4 weeks on call.
