Goldhawk Associates are working with a leading organisation in Gillingham to recruit a Credit Controller on a permanent basis. My client is growing with ambitious plans to acquire new businesses over the next 18 months.
The main duties include:
- Ensuring customers pay within their agreed payment terms, chasing payments and debt by phone and email.
- Investigating and resolving customer queries/disputes quickly and efficiently.
- Providing debtor reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Meeting cash collection and monthly targets.
- Reducing aged debt with particular attention to aged debt.
Our client is looking for a candidate who has:
- Credit Control experience.
- Experience working within a fast-paced finance department.
- Strong Excel skills.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous credit control experience, adept at building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of businesses to collect owed monies.
