We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team in Bradford (BD4). This is a hybrid role with expectations to work in the office at least two days a week. We are looking for a proactive and team-oriented professional to become a part of our Technology and Product Development Team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our talented developers and engineers to create cutting-edge products. Your responsibilities will include upholding best practices in development and testing, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

- Collaborate with teams to design, develop, and implement new features and applications.
- Advocate for development best practices to maintain high performance and quality in the codebase.
- Engage in proactive problem-solving and quickly adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Share knowledge and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Essential:
- In-depth knowledge of .NET Core framework (8.0), C#, and ASP.NET Core.
- Proficiency in React, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong understanding of SQL databases.
- Expertise in microservices architecture and containerisation technologies, such as Docker.
- Skilled in writing unit and integration tests.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address complex issues.
- Effective communication skills for conveying ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., GIT) and continuous integration/deployment processes.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
