Role: Audio Visual Technology Specialist (AV/Video Collaboration)
Salary: £52,000 - £55,000 + benefits
Location: Central London (new offices) - on-site five days a week

What you'll be doing (tech focus):
- Own the end-to-end setup of hybrid meetings: Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, Poly/Cisco VC and in-room Crestron control.
- Configure, test and troubleshoot audio DSPs, microphones, mixers, display resolutions and signal flows, keeping downtime to an absolute minimum.
- Maintain AV documentation, asset lists and incident reports; manage on-site spares and liaise with vendors for repairs or upgrades.
- Partner with schedulers to anticipate meeting requirements, then deliver white-glove support for partners, clients and visiting counsel.
- Contribute to quarterly AV testing, new-kit evaluations and the roll-out of Dante, Q-SYS, BrightSign/App Space and other next-gen platforms.
