What you'll be driving & the tech you'll touch
- Take full technical ownership of core legal apps (iManage Cloud, Intapp Walls & Conflicts, Litera, BigHand, SharePoint, M365) and the growing GenAI suite
- Keep everything patched, secure and humming, acting as 2nd/3rd-line guru for complex issues
- Design and deliver new solutions (eg voice-to-text, e-discovery, GenAI pilots) from proof-of-concept to roll-out
- Partner with lawyers to spot automation wins and embed AI into everyday workflows
- Produce clear docs, dashboards and bite-sized training that demystify tech for busy fee-earners
- Liaise with vendors on roadmaps, renewals and budgets, making sure value and compliance stay front and centre
