A new opportunity has arisen to provide dedicated admin support to our Early Help Keywork Teams

There are three permanent posts available:

  • 37 hour post to be based in Saxonwood, Battle covering the East Level 2 Keywork team and the Hastings and Rother Level 3 Keywork team
  • 37 hour post to be based in St Mary’s Eastbourne covering the West level 2 Keywork Team and the Eastbourne and North Eastbourne Hailsham and Seaford teams
  • 32 hour post based in County Hall, Lewes covering the High Weald, Lewes and Havens level 3 Keywork team

There will be an expectation that for a maximum of two days a week that the two admin based at Saxonwood and County Hall will travel to St Mary’s (with reimbursed travel costs as per ESCC policy) to enable the opportunity to work together and ensure a cohesive approach to keywork administration across County.

The main tasks of the role will be as follows:

  • To take and respond (as per guidelines) to any enquiries that come into the keywork service from families, referrers and agencies via telephone or E mail.
  • To have knowledge and skills in the use of information communications technology, including the ability to upload documents, and effective use of excel and word.
  • To take accurate and concise minutes of meetings as and when required.
  • To provide support to the Early Help Keywork Practice Managers as requested.
  • Send out acceptance and declining letters as part of the screening process.

The roles are office based positions working alongside keywork teams who are supporting families within the community. These post holders will be part of teams who are really making a difference to families lives by supporting the whole family to make positive changes and improve their future.

We are looking for candidates who

  • have the ability to effectively organise and prioritise own and team workload to meet deadlines.
  • have the ability to undertake a diverse workload and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Are able to deal with challenging and distressed clients on the telephone and face to face.
  • Have knowledge of using email and software such as the Microsoft Office Suite with a good understanding of managing calendars and setting up MS Team calls.
