We are seeking an enthusiastic and competent individual to provide support across the team which consists of the Head of People & Development, HR Advisor and HR Coordinator. You can expect to be involved in a broad range of HR activities across the employee life cycle including recruitment, employee benefits, learning & development and pay and reward.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting with recruitment processes, from posting job ads to scheduling interviews
  • Maintaining and updating employee records with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Supporting onboarding and training initiatives for new team members
  • Responding to employee inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
  • Coordinating HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement

  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
