Please Note: This role requires experience in Workplace Specific Design and experience working with Revit. As a Client Care Designer at Interaction, you will support the Client Care team with small works projects for our existing clients. We are looking for an all-round office designer who wants flexibility with hours and location. You will be interpreting briefs, pulling together concepts, specifying finishes & furniture to complement existing design schemes, creating working drawings, overseeing delivery & updating as-built records.

Based in Bath, our creative crew works on a range of commercial design and build projects, from bespoke office fit-outs to multi-million-pound building refurbishments. Our fantastic Client Care team looks after our clients once we have delivered the project. You will predominantly be part of the Client Care team but will have support from our Creative Team too.

Minimum Attributes and Skills:
  • Proven communication skills.
  • Great presentation skills, both visual and spoken.
  • Be informed of workplace best practices.
  • Have knowledge of materials, fabrics, and brands.
  • Ability to come up with creative solutions, e.g., problem solving and troubleshooting niggles in existing design schemes.
  • Have enthusiasm, passion, and confidence.
  • Great attention to detail.
Minimum Qualifications and Training:
  • Have some practical work experience within workplace or commercial office design.
  • A degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge and experience using AutoCAD, Revit, Office 365.
  • Please ensure your portfolio is tailored with relevant commercial office design experience evidenced.
Location & Hours:

Flexible, subject to workload; office attendance, site attendance, remote working. Hours: 2 days per week, with flexibility to spread hours through the week as preferred/to suit workload.

Salary:

£34k - £40k pro-rata, subject to experience & ability.
