Archax’ s vision is to create a fully digital capital markets ecosystem that seamlessly integrates traditional financial infrastructure with blockchain and distributed ledger technologies (DLT). *** This is an office based role, you must be able to commute to and work in the City of London as a norm *** Purpose Executing and managing OTC trading orders (on/off ramp, block trading etc). Providing market insights, investment ideas, and tailored trading strategies to clients. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless trade execution and settlement processes. Originate new deals, ambitiously pursuing new accounts. Building and nurturing relationships with clients. Executing and managing OTC trading orders. Providing market insights and investment ideas. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless trade execution and settlement processes. Developing and implementing new strategies to attract new clients and expand our OTC trading business. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Knowledge and Experience Required: At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in Crypto. Overall, 3-5 years of career experience, including some sales trading experience. Sales trading experience. Strong network of clients or capacity to build one. Knowledge of and passion for Crypto and DeFi. Knowledge of traditional investment vehicles and strategies. Skillsets: Energetic personality with the drive to effect change and develop relationships both with colleagues and clients. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of work and composure.
