We're on the hunt for a Deli Chef de Partie to join our buzzing café team in the heart of London's West End, part of an iconic and luxurious venue that blends elegance with exciting, modern food.
What's On Your Plate:In this role, you're the star of the deli, preparing a daily selection of high-end sandwiches using only the very best ingredients - from artisanal bread to seasonal produce and premium fillings. Your day kicks off at 7:00 AM, starting with a range of gourmet breakfast sandwiches, then moving into an exciting variety of premium lunch sandwiches (35-70 per day), alongside three fresh, vibrant salads, plus fruit pots and yogurt pots - all beautifully presented and ready for busy service. You'll wrap up by 3:00 - 3:30 PM, giving you a great work-life balance in a fast-paced but focused kitchen.
