We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CTO Assistant to support our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in managing and executing the technology strategy of our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong technical background, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the CTO in day-to-day activities, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting preparation.
- Manage the CTOβs calendar, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Conduct research and provide technical insights to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
