What you’ll be doing:
- Involved with the design of composite structures
- Calculations and reports
- Undertaking peer review checking activities to approve methods and calculations
- Supporting technical development and research activities
- Supporting junior engineers within the team
- Supporting installation activities in the production environment
Your skills and experiences:
- Mechanical Engineering Degree (or related STEM degree)
- Some understanding of material strength properties (elastic and plastic properties)
- Knowledge of MATLAB or MathCad
- Experienced in the use of SolidWorks or similar design package
