Employment Lawyer - In-House

Excellent opportunity within a highly successful global investment manager for a 6–8 PQE Employment Lawyer to join their high-calibre legal team in London.

In this role, you’ll advise the business on a broad range of contentious employment and litigation matters, working closely with senior stakeholders. You’ll handle complex disputes, investigations, performance and conduct issues, and provide strategic guidance during sensitive or high-impact scenarios.

You’ll be joining an established team with a collaborative culture and excellent visibility across the business. This is a rare opportunity to step into a truly strategic in-house role, highly suited to lawyers who thrive on problem-solving, autonomy and partnering directly with decision-makers.

• 6–8 PQE from a top-tier law firm or a strong in-house environment
• Contentious employment, investigations and litigation experience
• Commercially minded, pragmatic and confident working with senior leaders
