The Role:

As a Fee Earning Commercial Property Paralegal, you will support our busy commercial property team by managing your own caseload under supervision. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their legal career within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of commercial property matters including sales, purchases, leases, and refinancing
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, reports on title and other legal documentation
• Conducting legal research and due diligence including Land Registry and Companies House searches
• Assisting solicitors with more complex transactions
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other third parties
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures

The Ideal Candidate:

• At least 1 year’s experience in commercial property law (as a paralegal or similar role)
• Strong understanding of the commercial property transaction process
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
• A client-focused and proactive approach
• Legal qualification (e.g. Law degree, LPC or equivalent) is desirable but not essential
