UX Designer profile:
We are looking for a UX Designer to design software and platforms that meet peopleβs needs. You will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience. In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential.
Key responsibilities:
β Understand product specifications and user psychology
β Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
β Create personas through user research and data
β Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
β Develop wire-frames and prototypes around customer needs
β Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, find-ability)
β Create and implement attractive designs
β Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
β Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
β Have a growth mindset always looking for ways to improve and innovate in your field
Experience:
β You will need proven experience in an agency setting, 2+ yrs
β Industry experience in UX principles and methodologies
