Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days/week) | Open to Dubai or Singapore
Compensation: £65,000 – £85,000 base + bonus
Reporting to: Global Head of Mobility
About the Role
Hawkwood is partnering with one of the world’s top quantitative investment firm; a global leader who apply scientific methods and advanced technology to financial markets. With over 1,000 employees globally and a fast-scaling footprint, the firm is investing heavily in building out its People infrastructure.
As part of this growth, a new opportunity has been created for a Global Mobility Specialist to support and evolve their international mobility processes. You’ll work closely with the newly appointed Global Head of Mobility, shaping how the firm handles global relocations, immigration, compliance, and cross-border moves.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting global secondments, international transfers, and relocation cases
- Advising on and implementing policies around mobility, immigration, and compliance
- Preparing cost projections and coordinating move logistics with employees and vendors
- Liaising with global providers in tax, immigration, and relocation support
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and preparing documentation, including contracts
- Managing immigration and relocation briefings with candidates and transferees
- Conducting audits and maintaining data integrity in Workday
- Supporting process improvements, automation initiatives, and vendor reviews
This role will work cross-functionally across HR, Legal, Talent and external partner – with global scope across UK, Dubai, Singapore, and APAC.
About You
You’ll be a strong operator with the ability to handle complex mobility cases and deliver exceptional employee experiences. We’re looking for:
- 3-5+ years’ experience in global mobility (in-house experience essential)
- Proven ability to manage UK and UAE immigration cases
- Working knowledge of international tax and compliance frameworks
- Experience with vendor coordination, employee briefings, and relocation logistics
- High attention to detail, strong documentation and system skills (e.g. Workday)
- Confidence working cross-culturally and supporting senior internal stakeholders
- Previous experience in a high-growth or regulated environment preferred
