Our client based in Greenwich are searching for a Senior Quality Inspector Supervisor to join their team to support the inspection team.
Are you a dedicated quality professional with strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail? We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Inspection Supervisor to lead and drive inspection excellence within our manufacturing environment. This is a key leadership role focused on quality assurance, continuous improvement, and team development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all quality inspection activities across Production and Stores.
- Maintain inspection documentation and risk assessments; enforce safety and wellbeing standards.
- Deliver weekly quality reports, highlight inspection SLA performance, and present findings at operations meetings.
- Support root cause analysis for major non-conformances and champion continuous improvement.
- Manage all aspects of people management including training, performance, development, and absence.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
- Previous experience in an inspection role.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, non-conformance control, and lean principles.
- Use of shadowgraph, CMM, calipers, micrometers, surface finish instruments.
