Job Title: German Speaking Senior Customer Services Agent

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000

Location: Manchester hybrid

Contract Type: Permanent

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

We have a fantastic opportunity for a company in Manchester for a switched-on German Customer Service Advisor. The role is permanent and will be on a hybrid basis (so you must be within commutable distance to Manchester) and will be an admin focused position looking after guests of our client. This is a fantastic position for an internationally recognised company that offers great opportunity progression.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Booking taxis
  • Organising Catering
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Transferring calls to the relevant department

What we’re looking for:

  • Native level fluency in German essential
  • Customer service experience (essential)
  • Experience within Luxury goods, hotels, professional customer service (preferred)
  • Commutable distance to Manchester (essential)
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Additional language skills are preferred but not essential (French, Italian, Spanish).
