Join us as a Senior Highway Engineer at M Group Highways. We are seeking a Senior Highway Engineer to join our team, supporting infrastructure maintenance, renewal, and innovation across the UK. Location: Based in Bury St Edmunds, supporting the UK’s transportation network.

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of highway maintenance and improvement schemes, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality standards.
- Perform technical design checks, site visits, surveys, and inspections.
- Manage resource planning and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including sub-consultants.
- Support people management activities such as training, performance reviews, mentoring, and development.
Candidate Requirements:
- Incorporated or Chartered Engineer status, or extensive experience working towards IEng/CEng.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary highway projects, with knowledge of design standards and contracts.
- Proficiency in alignment, drainage, sign design software, and AutoCAD.
- Commercial awareness and project delivery experience.
- Full UK/EEC driving license.
