Competitive compensation: starting salary of £26,083 annually, 6‑month guaranteed bonus of £200.00 per month, and an uncapped bonus system with an OTE of £36,000.

Your Role at SIXT

• Create the best rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for every customer.
• Advise national and international commercial and private customers while delivering excellent face‑to‑face service.
• Be the expert on all vehicles in the SIXT fleet and advise customers on protection items and extras.
• Manage our premium vehicle fleet whilst selling additional services covering the whole car‑rental topic.
• Assist with driving and valeting cars when required.

Your Skills Matter

• Sales Talent: Motivated and enjoy direct customer contact; natural sales talent.
• Practical Experience and Management Skills: Experience from sales, service, tourism; service‑oriented mindset; reliable and responsible.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility: Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Driver\’s Licence: Valid licence with at least 12 months driving experience.
