The Communications and Project Support specialist will support the successful delivery of the Leapfrog initiative—a focused transformation effort within the larger Project Voyager. This role blends content creation and project coordination to drive stakeholder engagement and ensure smooth project execution in key markets while keeping wider markets informed.
Working closely with the Communications Lead and Change Management team, the coordinator will develop impactful communications and support the planning and delivery of workshops, events, and updates across the program.
Key Responsibilities
- Communications
- Support the execution and evolution of the Leapfrog Communications Plan.
- Create clear, engaging content (emails, newsletters, presentations, intranet posts, townhalls).
- Translate complex program updates into compelling stories that resonate with stakeholders.
- Leverage ADKAR principles to support effective change adoption.
- Measure communication effectiveness and optimize messaging based on feedback and data.
- Support content needs across key workstreams (AI, finance, process transformation, etc.).
- Organize and manage program-wide communication events.
- Provide coordination support to the Head of Deployment and other program leads.
- Manage logistics for workshops, events, and communications activities.
- Track milestones and provide regular progress updates.
- Support communications in Ireland and Brazil, and ensure consistent updates to six additional markets.
- Help align program elements during the design and rollout phases.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in internal communications, preferably within transformation programs.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with change management and stakeholder engagement practices.
- Proficient in tools like PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Viva Engage, Canva, and Poppulo.
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail.
- Excellent collaboration skills across global and cross-functional teams.
Advantage:
- Knowledge of change methodologies.
- Basic graphic design/video editing skills.
- Experience working with vendors or third-party providers.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus but not essential.
As a temporary contractor, you'll be employed by our Managed Service Provider, Magnit Global, who manage most of our temporary contract hiring; you will not be employed by Diageo.
