Product Manager β Β£50,000 β Remote/Monthly South West meetups β 12 months FTC - Force for good, remote first business, flexible working, part time considered, 20 + 8 days bank holiday, private medical, weekly lunches, mental health support & more!
This is an exciting position for a product owner/manager with a couple of years of experience. You will support the tech side of the business in delivering a range of products, from medical tech clients to EdTech products/programmes. This role offers an opportunity to advance your career with some of the brightest minds in the industry.
The Role
You will join the tech team and contribute to multiple client products. Ideally, you will have at least 2+ yearsβ experience in product management. You will lead product development within a team of 5, ensuring products exceed expectations and contribute positively. You will manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple clients and products, and oversee JIRA tickets to ensure timely delivery. You will assist with product discovery, ALPA stages, and work closely with tech teams and clients on feedback, writing user stories and epics. Exceptional awareness, attention to detail, and organizational skills are essential. You will help manage the development team and priorities. You should be a product evangelist, open to learning and development, with the ability to manage difficult stakeholders and a positive attitude.
