An exciting opportunity has arisen at Stoke City Football Club of the English Football League for a Venue Coordinator to support its Venue operations at the bet365 Stadium. Reporting to the Venue Operations Manager and the event management team, you will provide administrative support and coordination assistance on both home matchday and non-matchday events. You will set up the stadium, complete checks and fulfilments as well as ensuring any equipment requested is provided. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of venue operations requirements, executing all duties in a professional and friendly manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Arranging internal bookings and facilities as requested ensuring the booking system is up to date.
  • Assisting the venue operations team with day to day business processes.
  • Undertaking matchday and event ticket fulfilment and pre-event information issuance as and when required.
  • Maintaining an up to date knowledge of conference and events, Club offers, news, products and services.
  • Working flexibly to meet the needs of customers on match and event days.

  • Strong organisational skills and effective time management.
  • Skilled in multitasking and effectively prioritising tasks.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Skilled in engaging and building rapport with customers.
  • Previous experience in performing administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will be available to work evenings and weekends to cover matchday fixtures and other ad-hoc events at the bet365 Stadium. Positions will be offered on a full-time permanent basis. All relevant training will be provided.
