What You’ll Do

  • The Account Executive hunts, prospects, and engages new clients, develops proposals, and manages the sales process start to finish.
  • Serves as the primary relationship owner for an assigned territory for direct sales engagements as well as working with a network of Partners to develop new client opportunities.
  • Develops and maintains excellent knowledge and understanding of NetDocuments business, products, our competitors, and the legal tech industry.

You Will

  • Work with prospective clients from the Legal Industry to schedule virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Educate potential customers on product and how the NetDocuments product will benefit their organization.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with potential clients.
  • Have a deep understanding of the sales process.
  • Work side by side with BDR’s to manage leads.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes.
  • Utilise a consistent contact attempt process via phone and email to follow-up, nurture and qualify leads.
  • Follow NetDocuments pipeline management process detailing all interactions and pipeline stages using Salesforce.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Experience selling to legal departments for large corporations.
  • 2+ years of work experience supporting C-Level Executives.
