Responsibilities:
- This role is a managerial position responsible for a team of 6, covering existing accounts within Products. Each Account Manager is responsible for roughly 30 accounts, and as the Sales Manager, your team will be responsible for roughly a quota of $3-$4 million of upsell, plus account renewals.
- The AMO team is responsible for renewing & upselling the EMEA direct customer base, carrying a quota for both activities. They are also accountable for ensuring Customer Satisfaction is central to how we manage our customers.
- NetSuite is a volume business, so the successful candidate would ideally have experience managing high volumes of activities and transactions.
- The direct AMO organization drives significant growth, so this leader must have experience building and executing a customer growth strategy. This requires high energy, motivational skills, organization, and focus.
- Consistent business development and pipeline generation are critical, and an obsession with systems excellence, supported by performance metrics, is vital to support the scale of this team.
- The successful candidate will also have excellent team development skills, with the ability to build and monitor career development plans across the team. Candidates must have NetSuite experience or a proven track record as an ERP Sales Manager within Product verticals.
Location: This role is based in London or Reading, requiring presence 2-3 days per week.
