Each Account Manager is responsible for roughly 30 accounts, and as the Sales Manager, your team will be responsible for roughly a quota of $3-$4 million of upsell, plus account renewals. The AMO team is responsible for renewing & upselling the EMEA direct customer base, carrying a quota for both activities. They are also accountable for ensuring Customer Satisfaction is central to how we manage our customers. NetSuite is a volume business, so the successful candidate would ideally have experience managing high volumes of activities and transactions. The direct AMO organization drives significant growth, so this leader must have experience building and executing a customer growth strategy. This requires high energy, motivational skills, organization, and focus. Consistent business development and pipeline generation are critical, and an obsession with systems excellence, supported by performance metrics, is vital to support the scale of this team. The successful candidate will also have excellent team development skills, with the ability to build and monitor career development plans across the team. Candidates must have NetSuite experience or a proven track record as an ERP Sales Manager within Product verticals.
